Description:
There are many powerful forces in nature. Occasionally Jesse Barnes, The Light Painter, will choose to capture one of these awesome manifestations of natures strength as the image for an oil painting. In this instance he has chosen lightning, fire and rain. In this scene lightning has ignited a small brushfire which is displaying a dramatic show of brilliant light and colors. The crackling embers glow a vivid orange as the fire makes its way up the hillside. Soon the rains will come and quench the flames and creation will begin its work, bringing forth new life from the old. Thus begins the magnificent story of natures self-preservation; its Renewal.
