Ahead of the Storm - Artist Proof

Jesse Barnes, The Light Painter, loves to paint natures light in all of its various forms.  In this piece, he uses a bright flash of lightning to pierce the darkness of the late-night sky.  The cool air and the caming of the wind signal the approach of the oncoming storm.  The warm orange glow of the farm lights reflects softly on the surface of the pond, inviting the travelers who have just completed their journey.  As the 1934 Ford rounds the corner, Grandpa makes his way from the barn where he has just finished his day's work.  At the front door, Grandma is anxiously awaiting a visit from old friends who have arrived just Ahead of the Storm.
